I believe that your family is the most important relationships that you can have. For the first 20 years of my adult life I was Single. I desperately wanted to be married but God had other plans. He wanted me to invest in the people He had strategically placed me with from birth. At the age of 21 I did not have a great relationship with my father, nor my two brothers. I began a journey of knowing them and loving them. I am so thankful. If I had gotten married when I wanted to get married I would have missed out on three of the most dynamic relationships that were sitting right in front of me.
In 2012 I had the privilege of being married to the love of my life. It is amazing to me how similar single life and married life are. Somehow I didn’t realize that I would be part of both! But each day has it’s mixture of challenges and blessings.
Then in 2014 I entered into the club of Motherhood. I had no idea the changes ahead for me and my ever growing family. Life has become simpler with more complex lessons.
